tips for maintaining the health of the food ,so that my body us healthy and fit we can see old padaorang antiquity that always stay young and longevity, we can see a lot in terms of food because the food in ancient times was mostly natural foods without production machinery and chemicals that can cause our health compromised, for example, many foods that mix with preservative aka from it for our bodies healthy and long life we have a lot to eat natural foods like vegetables.

vegetables to nourish our bodies because the plant is not through the means of production and preservatives are harmful to the health of our bodies our health is very useful for human life.
